Basketball has always been Isiah Ferguson’s ultimate sanctuary—a lifelong form of therapy and a place where he can escape the noise of everyday life. The game has shaped not only who he is as an athlete, but also who he is as a person. Off the court, Isiah carries that same dedication, patience, and compassion into his career as a Personal Care Assistant supporting individuals with autism, as well as his commitment to coaching and mentoring youth through the game of basketball. He is passionate about the impact he makes every day and takes pride in the work he does and the community he serves. Whether he’s locking down the paint, mentoring the next generation, or bringing relentless energy to the court, Isiah embodies what it truly means to be a teammate—both on and off the court. No matter where life takes him, Isiah takes pride in representing his city. His heart, his work ethic, and his commitment to others is a reflection of where he comes from and what he stands for.
